A longtime educator and community advocate, he is passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive school culture grounded in the core values. Before becoming principal, Mr Anderson served as Dean of Students at FKES, where he helped lead the implementation of the school’s Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework — built around the core values of Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, and Engaged & Invested. Under his leadership, the PBIS program has evolved into a cornerstone of school culture, fostering kindness, accountability, and pride across every grade level.
